extensive trills and shakes, rapid repeated notes, crossing of hands and large leaps, scalar passages in 3rds and 6ths, octaves, elaborate
ornamentation including arpeggios and acciaccaturas
Spanish elements of instrumentation including imitation of the lute and the guitar,
with stylistic dance rhythm (e.g., flamenco)
